We are delighted you've taken the step to purchase one of our courses. If this is your first purchase with us you have now been set up with a user login. If you've already got a login your existing login details will remain as they are.

Emails

You will be receiving some emails from us. These include your order confirmation and login details (for new users). If you haven't received these emails please check your junk folder as they can sometimes find their way there. If after several hours you still haven't received any emails you can contact us at hello@northstaracademy.au (see Support below).

Account Details / Password

As part of your purchase you were automatically logged in with a temporary password, unless you were already logged in with an existing login. So, if you are new here your user details have been emailed to you, but you can update all your account details, including your password on the Account Page. You can go there now if you like by clicking this link, as you are currently logged in. It will open in a new tab so you can return here if you wish.

Finding Your Courses

You can get to your courses/online training any time, once you've logged in, by going to the Members Area tab in the menu. Again, clicking this menu tab right now will result in you leaving this page. (Use the link here instead to open a new Tab.)
