Module 1 The Psychotherapy Intake Session comprises of 23 hours of CPD over a 10-week term. The CPD can be counted as either 23 hours of CPD or, 8 hours of group supervision and 15 hours of CPD.
This module is designed to guide you through the practical aspects of psychological practice, specifically focusing on the intake session. Dive into hands-on learning experiences, gain valuable insights from professional practice, and develop the proficiency necessary to excel in the dynamic field of psychology.
You can complete Module 1 at your own pace but please note there are four compulsory live webinars you will need to attend. Webinar schedule is as follows:
- Topic 1 webinar: March 19, 2:30-4:30pm Canberra time
- Topic 2 webinar: April 2, 2:30-4:30pm Canberra time
- Topic 3 webinar: April 16, 2:30-4:30pm Canberra time
- Topic 4 webinar: May 7, 2:30-4:30pm Canberra time
Enrolment deadline is Friday, February 28. The course will open on Sunday, March 2.
Discount: If you are a full time student requiring a discount please send in a photocopy of your student ID card or if you are facing hardship please email hello@northstaracademy.au to apply for a discount.
For Cancellations: Up to 7 days notice payment will be refunded, minus a $50 administrative fee. At less than 7 days notice there will be no refund, but a credit note with NorthStar Academy for future events, minus $50, will be issued. Attendance is fully transferable.
